metric-aggregates returns zero opened for all of 2023?

I’m trying to fetch the different metrics on klaviyo. I get 0 for Recieved, Opened ...etc I do get numbers for unsbscribed. I tried count, sum_value, and unique. none of which returned anything but zeros for all of 2023. obviously emails were sent and opened and recieved throughout the year…what might I be doing wrong?

Audience for Informational Emails

We are sending an informational based email next week to communicate some of our support pages being down for maintenance. I typically only send marketing emails to my engaged audiences and I’m not sure if I should send this type of email to the entire list or continue to focus on my engaged list. My concern is that although the information is timely and necessary, sending to the whole list will affect our deliverability scores. Overall, hoping someone has some insights on best practices for sending informational emails and what your audience should look like. Thanks!

Does the abandon cart flow send the emails to people have not subscribed?

hi there,  I have created my first ever abandon cart flow and am wondering the following - Does this email get sent to people who have not subscribed to my newsletter list?  Does this email get sent to the recipient if they added to cart and then abandoned the website (i.e did not start filling out their checkout information).

Can someone help me undersyand what im doing wrong when trying to add my SMS form to my website?

Hello , from the various videos and tutorials I’ve watched adding you klavyio code into a  custom liquid section on your password page should do the trick , but the issue I’m having is that it stays blank when I enter the code.  Can someone explain to me what the issue is and how to get around it ?  I provided images showing where I’ve entered the code and the results I get.

Klaviyo WIx integration not working

I’m a freelance email marketer and I integrated klaviyo with my clients Wix website for email marketing. I have a sign up form on the wix website to collect emails. The problem is when people are signing up they aren’t being placed into the welcome flow I have set up. We’ve had about 80 people sign up so far and only 20 have gotten added to the newsletter list. I have it set up to where when they put in their email on wix they get added to the newsletter list, and from there people from the newsletter list get put through the welcome flow I have set up. I’m really lost on why only certain people get added to the newsletter and why others are just getting put into the profiles section and not the newsletter. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Displaying product variants in abandoned cart

Hi there, I’m putting together an Abandoned Cart flow for a client that uses Shopify. If a customer has ordered more than one of a product (but a different variant of that product), it displays the same image/title/link more than once, instead of displaying each variant of the product. I’m not sure which variable to use.I’m trying to do this, but unlike the user who posed this question, I’m not using a Shopify template, just the Klaviyo drag & drop editor.Thanks...

How do I stop hyperlinked text from turning white?

Hi there, Every time my team and I hyperlink text within our emails it turns the text white (we usually use a white background). This was annoying but not too much of a problem until recently when every attempt we made to change the linked text back to black it refused. We can add all other kinds of styling to the linked text, but it refuses to change colour. It’s become very painful as this often where we link our content, not through specific buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’ve attached images of the text not changing colour, and another of the text with all the additional styling.Cheers,Amy Fairall

POP UP

Hi,I have a pop up and after customer write their email automatically a success message appear with the discount code. I don’t want this, I would like to change this and instead they get an automatic email after suscribing, is this possible? My website is in shopify.  ThanksJaime

Conditional Split Not Working as it Should

Hello,  Thank you guys for always being so helpful on here. Here is my current situation:  For my current abandoned checkout flow, I have set up a conditional trigger to group customers into the flow based on the value of their cart at checkout, but I don’t think it is working as it should. See more below:  The Flow and Trigger (trigger image below)  This evening, we had a $2k order, and i noticed that the customer was getting emails that came from the “No” flow.   First Email they received: Really appreciate all your help and support in getting this fixed, Thank you,

Sign up forms & Canadian implicit consent - is the standard Klaviyo form language & behavior compliant?

Hello! I’m setting up a Klaviyo email sign up form embed and I need to make sure that we’re compliant to Canadian laws. I’m seeing a lot about implicit agreement. The Klaviyo email embeds don’t really have a “Yes/no” box to tick like at a checkout. Is their agreement to give email & hit “submit” provided that the proper language beneath (i.e. “By signing up you are agreeing to...”) - - - is that sufficient? I’m not seeing how or where to literally add a checkbox to tick. Thank you in advance!

Should I integrate Square and Shopify with Klaviyo?

My business sells both products and in-person services. To book an appointment with me, I direct people to my Square account that takes care of booking, reminders, cancellation and all that jazz. At the moment, Klaviyo is integrated with Shopify. I wonder if I can also integrate Square, and if it’s a good idea. I want to give my in-person clients the option to get marketing emails, and implement flows depending on the service they got. But, what is the best way to do this without getting my data all mixed up? And, would it affect my Shopify integration (higher priority)?

SMS consent?

 Hello! I would like to know why all my SMS are falling into the NO path for all flows? Check the first image please.  We also have signup forms triggering to a list “sms subscribers” but this list is not getting any profiles - 0 profiles there right now.  Exit Intent popup: Welcome popup:   Both popups have also a email optin and have +50 submitted actions… does it mean that all leads are only including their emails but not their phone numbers?Settings of the SMS subscribers list with 0 contacts.. should I have single optin instead of double optin? Thank you (:

Displaying different variant titles and images in an abandoned cart email

Hello Community, I am trying to create an abandoned cart email but am encountering a problem. I sell a product that comes in three different variants, each with its own unique variant title and image. Therefore I want to display the correct title and image for each variant when a customer adds two different variants to their cart.I have tried this code for the image:`{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.variant.images.0.src }}`and this code for the variant title:`{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.variant.title }}`This setup works well when there's only a single variant in the cart. However, as soon as a customer adds two or more variants, the same variant image and title are displayed multiple times. I've tried creating a loop to solve this, but failed 😂It would be awesome if someone could help. Thanks in advance!

Klaviyo will not save the link text and URL on my text block.

Hi, I am trying to add a link text and URL to a text block inthe email builder. However it will not save the information. I have already emptied the cache and restarted the browser. Also I pressedthe "Save and Return to Templates" button afterwards but it will just not keep the information.I am trying to link this URL: https://www.it-fits.com.au/pages/8-reasons-to-buy-it-fitsIs there a problem with the format perhaps?Attached 2 screenshoots, first one where I have input the the infos and second one when I go there again to check.It seems also other designs elements or text we used did not always save. Klaviyo pop up stops website working

Good MorningI have set up a Klaviyo email sign up pop up but when ever I activate it it greys out the website so you cant click on anything. Even when you submit your form (which works) it still just greys out the website. When i originally set it up before Christmas it was working, but now it is not. Is this a website issue or Klaviyo set up issue?Thank you

Flow to Suppression Segment - Can't configure boolean profile property

Hi there,I have created a sunset flow for unengaged users on our Klaviyo. If they haven’t engaged with an email, ordered a product or visited our site they go into a segment and then into this Goodbye Flow.At the end of the flow, I am following the Klaviyo recommendations of updating their profile property:We then want to create a segment we can clean every now and then with everyone with this new property attached to them. However, when I go to create the definition of this segment, I can’t find the ‘Suppress’ property we have created:Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks, Sid

Heya, We want to get feedback on a new email series, similar to below:  When I rate it, it looks like it redirects a reader to a web page where it confirms that they’ve recorded their feedback and gives them an opportunity to do more.Can you do this natively in Klaviyo?

Number field

Hi there fellow ‘E-Mar’-believers, I’m in need of your help, so I hope there is an expert here who can educate me 🙏 As a noob to Klaviyo I can't find a way to add a plain number-field to my sign up forms. Currently I’m using a 3rd party signup-form to capture leads. Those leads have to specify how many items they need so I can send the right e-mail sequence. I want to use a Klaviyo-form instead but can't find this number field… A regular text field would cause incorrect input and thus clients ending up in the wrong, or worse, none, sequences. I’ve searched this forum and half of all the information on google but can’t find an answer and just can’t believe there isn’t a solution to this.. So please, help me out here dear Community! Forever Grateful,Sherief
