So long story short - I’m trying to find a workaround while transitioning from a 3rd party “back in stock” notification app to using Klaviyo, but there are quite a few people already signed up for notifications from the app.My plan was to create multiple small lists via manual upload (that will later on be deleted) for each SKU that is awaiting replenishment notification, then create a simple template and send manual campaigns as each item is re-stocked… but many of the profiles already exist in Klaviyo. When using dynamic and conditional content on email subjects, It would be great to have the rendered version shown in the profile activity panel.Right now it shows the original “code” with special characters, which is not only hard to read but also making it a guessing game to know what the profile has received as an email subject.
Hey!We have a 2022 collection launch today and I am wanting to create both a new segment for those who order our 2022 products, AND have a specified abandoned cart/ post purchase flow for those ordering these products. SO my thoughts were to create a new collection and add the relevant products, both in Klaviyo and Shopify. And the collection shows under catalogs in Klaviyo and products in Shopify. So my collection is ready and okay.However, when trying to segment based on ordering products where collections equals …. my newly created collection doesn't show up? So I can't segment.. Is there something I need to do? I created the collection early this morning so it has been many hours since it was created if that matters..
Hi there,I am building a segment to send emails to the people who have not received any email other than the emails belonging to a specific flow that we’ve setup. When I go the segment definition screen, I can filter by if someone is not or is in the list, received email how many times etc. but can’t seem to find a filter that says received email “as part of the flow” then enter the flow name. Any ideas?
Hi folks.This should be a very simple thing, but I cannot figure it out, and it’s driving me nuts.How do I create a segment with the following conditions?subscriber is in the USA or is in Canada or is in the EU, AND consent contains “email”The problem is, you can use an inline OR in an AND, but you cannot use an inline AND in an OR. So that last condition is just not possible.First I thought I can separate that last bullet into its own segment, let’s say “Consented EU subscribers”. That way I could potentially change my first segment conditions to this:subscriber is in the USA or is in Canada or is in the segment called “Consented EU subscribers”But of course there’s no such thing as “if someone is in or not in a segment”. So, I cannot create that third condition.My brain hurts. Any suggestions?Thanks,-oo
Hi there, We uploaded profiles without a city, province or country to Klaviyo. We have since deleted the lists they were in and they are now a part of our master list. Is there a way to bulk these profiles and add their location? Can we simply re-upload our CSV file, and will Klaviyo add to the already existing profiles, or will it create new ones? Hope someone can help! Thanks!
I’ve created a new list for new SMS subscribers to be added to. When trying to change the list which SMS subscribers are added to, I cannot find the new list in the drop down: When trying to use search, the correct list flashes up, but the search input field removes the search term and resets before being able to select. This option is unable to be selected, it is not available as an option - checked in devtools.There seems to be a limit of 150(?) options here, so lists which are not in that dropdown cannot be selected. Is this a bug?
A user managed their preferences and was put into a Once a Week segment. However, now she wants to receive all of our campaigns. However, I cannot remove her from the segment from within Manage Segment OR her profile. Profile snapshot (the segment does not have the blue “remove” next to it):
Hi,I want to be able to track the value of daily orders by segment. is this possible?I have integrated my Facebook advert to my Klaviyo account and have a lead ad running that offers 10% off first orders. I want to isolate everybody who filled out this lead ad form, was added to a list of new subscribers, and placed an order.I have put them into the same list and flow as organic subscribers to make sending emails easier. My problem is that I can run an engagement report on this segment - which is useful - but it summarises too much. It gives an avg. order value but I need to see accurate daily orders from this audience.TL;DR = how can I see daily revenue generated on a segment level?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I created my sign up form on my shopify website. Created a list to collect the emails. However the emails are defaulting to a different list (potential purchasers) thereby preventing new subscribers from receiving the welcome message and the welcome discount. Please how do i rectify?

Hi! I have created a Segment where about 7,000 subscribers got in. I used this Segment to trigger my Newsletter flow. However, when emails were sent and I get to check the analytics, only 1,000+ emails were delivered. Can someone please tell me why it wasn’t delivered to all 7,000+ segment subscribers? This goes the same as the next emails on the flow. The Delivered number just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Here’s for the last email that is in that flow: Only 137 were delivered, 482 waiting to be delivered. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I already back-populated the flow. Will that help? All I want is for the 7,000 subscribers to receive all the emails I have prepared in the Newsletter flow. Someone help please! Thank you so much!
My business is based on subscribers who order weekly or fortnightly as well as customers who order a box here and there.At the beginning of the week I send my subscribers an email as a reminder that their box is coming and if they want to order any additional produce. I need to send this email to all weekly subscribers and the relevant fortnightly subscribers. It needs to exclude those subscribers who have put their subscription on hold.Then at the end of the week I send an produce update email to all the subscribers and customers who ordered for that week only. It needs to exclude those subscribers who decided to put their subscription on hold or cancelled their order since receiving the email at the beginning of the week.I’m using WooCommerce and wondering how to set up all these segments as I have tried and not been successful. Also new to Klaviyo. Any advice is very, very welcomed.
I created and uploaded archive data as instructed in the help section. The import appeared to complete with error. And then nothing. No added customers, no statistics change in flows, no confirmation and/or failure email. Just silence.It seems that importing ~300 record should be relatively quick, and provide some indication of success. What have I done wrong?Also, if anyone is interested I created an export template for Shipworks.
I’m trying to use the API to retrieve all the recently created users from a List but I’m not able to find any method for that. For example, I want to retrieve the latests members that were added into that list that includes an specific custom property. The closest one is the list-segments endpoints https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/lists-segments#get-members but does not alows any filltering/sorting capabilities. There is any way I can do that with the current API versions?Thanks in advance,Nico
Hello everyone!On my food ecommerce I want to create a customer segment that has purchased at least one product of a particular brand.For example, you can create a segment of customers who have purchased at least one flour; I would like to create a customer segment that has purchased at least one Brand X product.We have Shopware and the APIs not yet connected.With full settings, will it be possible to create this dynamic segment? Hi everyone, how to build a segment that filter the contains in a product name (ItemNames)? I heard that the availability of the contains definition depends on the format of the data that is being shared to Klaviyo, so how to check if data format of ItemNames surely is list data or text data? I have tried to segment as picture attached but it doesn’t work, no any results.Please advise, thank you so much!
