Hello,We currently use sign-up forms (announcements/pop-ups) to inform our customers about promotions and freebies. However, we cannot seem to find how to make sure the form is only shown once. Although we have switched on the button "don't show again after submitting or closing..." the fly-out or pop-up keeps on popping up when visiting another page during the same session/visit.Are we missing something?Kind regards,Lien - content creator for Mamzel

Could you provide me with more information about Churn Risk Prediction. What does it exactly mean? How should I use this metric when sending my campaigns or flows?

Hi there, Is there anyway to to use the Churn Risk Predictions as a trigger for email flow or, at least, as a customer attribute to create segments?All other CLV data can be used for the above purposes, except for this one.Thanks.

We would like to export our master list with the churn risk of all the emails at a certain moment and do that let’s say in a year. I can’t find the right way to do that.

Hi,We create illustrated homewares, greeting cards and gifts and have an astrology collection with every zodiac sign illustrated.I’ve recently setup a Birthday flow for our subscribers, but would love to personalise it more to showcase the relevant zodiac sign artwork to display in the customer’s Birthday email but just can’t figure out if this is possible with dynamic images.Would appreciate any ideas or suggestions should anyone have any help!Thanks,Lilly

Apologies to what may seem to be a simple question but a complex problem from my end. I am new to Klaviyo and I am learning to build my first Flow. I have a Sign-up form that issues user x% coupon code if they signed up with their email. The coupons right now have no expiration date. However, to incentivize users to use the coupon code, I want to put a 30 day expiration date. I would like to setup an email flow to send people who haven’t used the code a reminder that it is expiring soon. Is there a way to do this? If so, would you be generous enough to walk me through the steps.  Greatly appreciated!

Hey Everyone, I have a weird bug. So my Klaviyo form is working like wonder on the webflow.io domain but for some reason it’s not working properly on my custom domain.I’m using Shopyflow as my API to connect Shopify to Webflow BUT I only setup klaviyo in my Webflow code snippet. So it shouldn’t interact. Weird. On my custom domain, it’s loading for age and nothing is happening :/Here are the screen : Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hey There, I have a question regarding the single/double optin option when using Zapier. I am trying to create an email list with purchasers of a product.My email list is set up as a Single Opt-In list, but Zapier recognizes the list as a double opt-in list and sends a confirmation email to the subscriber before adding them to the list.I have found that this is an issue for some Zaps pushing information to Klaviyo, but not for others, even if they are referring to the exact same list within Klaviyo.Has anyone else had this issue or know of a good solution to this?

Hi guys, I’m trying to add a hover effect to the buttons in my html email, but unfortunately klaviyo doesn’t allow it. I was trying to grab the buttons using the .button:hover css selector and add a hover effect that way but had no luck. Is there any solution out there? Hi there, I’m building a 9-part post-purchase flow in Klaviyo for custom-made products (C5 and C6). These are handcrafted items that take time to fulfill, and I want to keep customers updated while they wait.Here’s what I’m trying to figure out: How do I make the flow only trigger when someone orders a customizable C5 or C6 product? These are specific SKUs or products in our Shopify store. How do I set the flow to automatically stop if the order is fulfilled or a tracking number is uploaded? The last email in the flow (email 9) should only send if the order is still unfulfilled after 8 weeks. What’s the best way to set that up? I already have the emails written and the flow created. I just want to make sure the filters, triggers, and exit conditions are done the right way. Could you walk me through how to implement this logic in Klaviyo?Thanks so much!

Hello!I am wondering if it is possible to exclude certain items from the dynamic table block for the abandoned cart e-mails. Or only include certain items/ collections. These are items that are “in” their cart but I do not want to send them to encourage them to finish checking out. For example I have the cloverly app for offsetting carbon footprint for shipping and I also have an app that I use to have multiple options for products. I don’t want these items showing in the abandoned cart e-mail. Is there a way to go about excluding these?Thanks so much for any help!Natalie   

Hi there, I’ve looked all over and can’t seem to find the right answer, so hoping some good tips may surface here! I can’t figure out how to adjust my Browse Abandonment email to not fire when a user has browsed an out of stock product. I really don’t like that we’re sending emails to people about a product they can’t buy! How do I make it so that the Browse Abandonment flow (using WooCommerce) filters out of stock products to not trigger the flow? Or, better yet, filters such that a different flow occurs calling for recipients to Join Waitlist for the product to come back in stock? Really appreciated any guidance! Thanks 

I want to be able to control the NotificationChannel to which a Klaviyo notification is posted. I see that the KlaviyoRemoteMessage object already povides an extension property RemoteMessage.channel_id.However, this seems to always return “Default”. If I put a breakpoint in onMessageReceived, I see that the RemoteMessage object does not have the channel_id key.I tried adding it to the custom data in the notification editor in Klaviyo. However, if I do that, it appears inside the key_value_pairs key and not at the top level.So, the question is: How can I set the channel_id on a notification?

Where can I see a report for the channel opens by device? Desktop vs mobile vs tablet for the whole channel, not message by message. Is there a dashboard for that? I made a custom report for client family os but it seems like there should be an easier way to view it for the whole channel.

What is the difference between “Active Profiles” vs “Additional Active Profiles” as seen in the “Profiles and emails” section within Billing? I’m going to clean / suppress Active Profiles for billing reasons, and I’ve found plenty of resources on how to think through this - I don’t need help with that.But I want to understand how “Additional Active Profiles” are defined, and/or where they might be coming from.
