how to change "answer from seller" in review widget?

Hello! In the review widget, whenever I answer a review, I have a text that says “answer from seller” It doesn’t fit as we are not a seller, we are the brand that sells our own products.So I would like to customize that text with the brand name, how can I do that? Thanks!

Consent Mode Implementation

Hi,Due to the requirements set from the Digital Market Act, we are revising our implementation of klavyio on a Shopify in PVA.As of now the implementation works through 2 separate tags, one that works (without issues) as described in this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015392131And another that works by using a Full Integration Model from TagManager Library.The problem we are encountering is that the event required as a trigger for this implementation happens before Consent is set, making it impossible for this tag to be "legally" used.More specifics about the tag in question attached in the screenshot, unfortunately, it being integrated by a previous agency, we do not have any relevant documentation.The key question on this message is, will it work without the second implementation, If so, will we loose data and/or specific functionalities?And in case that second implementation is required, is it possible the firing of the tag is delayed to a different event afte

Magento 2- Viewed product metrics not working

Hi everyone,Like the title said, the “Viewed product” metrics has never been triggered since i installed Klaviyo in a magento 2 website. As you can see, the metrics is managed by API but not the Magento 2 “native integration” which handle other metrics My integration look ok, so do the onsite trackingWhat am i missing ?Thx for help

Custom catalog field with list type

I’m integrating a custom catalog. I want a “tags” field which will be a list of tags associated with the product. I can see that the standard “Categories” field is a list, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to have a custom field as a “list” data type. Is there any way to do this? ThanksMark

Local CRM api integration with Klaviyo

Hi,We are Kismet by Milka, a luxury jewelry brand. We are developing our CRM platform. We use the ERP system "Nebim" from a well-known Turkish company, which includes CRM. Our management chose to use it for CRM objectives. It's already in place in our physical stores. So, if someone registers and consents to email marketing in one of our physical stores, he or she must be registered to Klaviyo at the same time. I know Klaviyo only integrate with Salesforce and Zoho, but we need to sync Nebim and Klaviyo somehow, and Nebim is ready to take action on their behalf. They have developer team and we have our developer as well. All we need is guidance from someone who is expert on this. We are now using Shopify, however we will remove it and replace it with the headless CMS "Sanity."Has somebody gone through such integration situation before?https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/subscribe_profilesIt’s possible to do it with API in the link above but I don’t know what part we should go f

Merging emails + data from multiple questionnaires in Jotform

Hi there, We have 3 Jotform questionnaires that will be collecting data and customer information that we want to send to Klaviyo. Form 1 is so we can capture customer data and email even if they don’t sign up. Form 2 is additional information that we do not ask for the email on. Then the final form is payment. My question is, if the customer uses the same email in form 1 and form 3, will this merge this customer in Klaviyo? Also, as we don’t have any contact/information collected in form 2 - can this information feed through? We are tracking submission id in Jotform. Thanks

Slightly modify back in stock Modal styling

Hi there,i am using Shopify and i would like to make some slight modifications to the back in stock modal, not a complete custom solution but:Make the heading in bold letters Gray-out the variant dropdown Add letter spacing in the button Change some of the font sizes ideally change the size of the modalIs this doable through some extra variables? if not what’s a good solution? I was hoping there was a designer tool like the sign up forms but it doesn't seem like.

I have just set up the integration between my Square account (in-store sales) and my Klaviyo. When I ran a test, new customers from Square are automatically being added to my Retail list in Klaviyo but I want them to go to a new list I created.  I thought I might use the list ID from Klaviyo and insert it somewhere in the integration in Square but I can’t figure out how to do this!!!

Review Submission Page - not populating field for text input

I am trying to set up my reviews - everything is integrated and I have migrated old reviews. I have been working on the submission page. You'll see that I have attached the changes I have made and save. And then what is popping up for the live review submission page - my changes are not reflected. I tried to clear my caches and tried to resave changes, but I have not had any success. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Update push token from client

We see that Klaviyo allows to store and query a specific property called `push_token` inside a profile, however we can’t seem to be able to update this property say from a client device that accepted notifications.  Currently we solve this issue by setting a custom attribute when sending the client update profile event. Is there a cleaner way to do this or will this be considered for a future API release?

how to speed up 30 minute Sync time for Magento 2

Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails.  as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?

Back In Stock & the Shopify Dawn 2.0 Theme

Is there really no way at all to utilize the Notify When Back in Stock functionality on a Shopify Dawn theme? It’s one of Shopify’s premiere 2.0 themes. if anyone has seen a hack or some code snippets that can get it to work, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Adding Klaviyo review link into an existing flow email

Hello, I’m trying to find a way to insert a link to an item that a customer purchased to review the item. I have the Klaviyo review app installed on the shopify page. It would have to be a personalised link so that the customer comes straight to the product they bought rather than to my homepage. I have an existing follow up flow email which also includes instructions to use the product etc so i would like to add the review link into this email. Can this be done? I cannot find anything under the personalisation section of the email editor.
