Sign Up Form Display Issue

Hi, I have two issues regarding my embed pop-up. First issue is on desktop, both ‘email address’ and ‘Submit” size buttons are too long while it looks perfectly fine on mobile. I tried adjusting it to a length that I wish but it would look weird on mobile after. Second issue is, is there a way to remove “Please enter a valid email address”?  I would appreciate some help! Best,Daniel

How can I populate a Klaviyo form with a customer's first name on Shopify?

When receiving the confirmation email and accepting to receive emails, subscribers are redirected to a hidden page inside a Shopify store where every product has a discounted price. When entering that hidden page, they get a pop up (from Klaviyo) that says:“{{ first_name }}, here is a small gift” In order to get that to show the users’ name, I should send the first name field from Klaviyo to Shopfiy by dynamically appending it to the URL. How can I do that?

Can I have a custom hosted manage preference page that allows subscribers to opt in and out of lists, not just segments?

Hi, I have a client who has asked me to build a custom hosted manage preference page for them., which I have done. The problem I’m running into is making sure everything is working properly as my client has created lists for each interest choice, as opposed to segments. For example, the options they would like to enable their subscribers to opt in to are shown in the image below. Each option is set up as a list. As I understand it, the best practice with Klaviyo is to have one master list, and then segments to manage preferences, but my client prefers to keep things as they are, by using lists.Based on ‘How to custom code consent pages’ it looks like it should be possible as it states:Information that can be used to target and segment: A checkbox for whether or not the user wants sale announcements A checkbox for whether or not the user wants product announcements A checkbox for whether or not the user wants blog updates Other lists the user may want to join However, everything else

How to turn off sign up pop up form on landing pages

Hi - I have a pop up sign up form and I have landing pages I’ve created.  I only want the pop up to come up on my home page on my website.  I want to turn it off for all other landing pages or pages for my website.  How do I do that?  I think it’s confusing when it pops up on landing pages also asking for email sign ups or landing page menus I have created.   Appreciate any guidance.   Using the Modular Shopify theme.

How to custom code Embed form so it so it loads faster and doesn't require .js script?

I would like to embed the HTML (and possibly JS) code so I can have the form pre-loaded on a shopify product page.  Then I can change the css display attribute to none/block to hide or show the form.I have tried to copy the html code that the form creates, but that doesn’t make it show.Any suggestions to get form to preload in Shopify?Or I can make my own form and use the API. But it seems that I can no longer directly use the API to add a subscriber to a list.thanks!

Klaviyo having problems identifying profiles

Hi there!So in this case I’ve set up a coupon form that only should face active profiles.No matter what, I cannot make the form show except when changing targeting to all visitors. Seems like Klaviyo is unable to identify profiles. Anyone else had the same experience?

Really stupid question on sign-up forms....

Hi guys,This is a really stupid question (caveat is I’m just learning!) but when you set up a sign in form (to send a discount to first time customers via email), where then do you go to set up the actually email the customer receives?I’ve had someone set up flows so aware of the individual emails built within them but confused out sign-up forms…Any help would be hugely appreciated!!Thanks in advanceDavid

Get notified when someone fills out a form

Depending on your business, you might have some forms on your site intended for high-touch customers, and you want to be notified when someone joins that list. So how can we make that happen?At this time, Klaviyo does not have a built-in notification that you can receive when a customer fills out a signup form, but with flows you can make sure you know when someone has been added. Below are two easy ways to do this: You can CC or BCC the desired email on the first message of a flow triggered by the list your customer joins when filling out the form. You will add this CC or BCC on the content page for the first email of the flow. When the customer fills out your form and joins your list, they will enter the flow and receive the first email of the flow — you will then receive that email as well to your inbox notifying you of the customer subscription to your list. You can add a notification action to a flow triggered by the list your customer joins via the form. The notification action

How to edit in-person sign up form hosted on Klaviyo

Hi!I’ve created a sign up form that’s hosted by Klaviyo (not an embed form) to use at market stalls, and I’ve had a QR code sign made with the URL. Now for the life of me I cannot find anywhere how to edit that form. I found it once and then closed the tab and now I can’t find it again. I’ve been looking everywhere. How to add Logo, and Footer to Full screen newsletter

Hello,I am wanting to add a logo to the upper area of my full screen newsletter. How do I accomplish this? Right now Klayvio is only letting me add an image in the same stack of my form details. I would like to place the brand logo in the top nav-bar if you will of the page. I’m also wanting to add a ‘Terms & Privacy’ link in footer also not a part of the newsletter form area. Can anyone advise how to achieve this? Thanks!

Is my form submit rate right?

We have a 2.3% form submit rate on our popup. It is a two-page popup.On the first page, we give a 10% discount and ask for email address. In the second page, we upgrade it to 15% discount and ask for SMS number.Currently, we have 2.3% sign-up rate (which is very low)We want it to be at least 5%.Do we have a 2.3% rate because we have two pages? I mean, let’s say if we remove the second page of the popup, which is requesting SMS, can I say for sure that the conversion rate that is showing up on Klaviyo will increase?Basically, my question is: the 2.3% rate that’s showing up is the rate for both the first page and the second page, right?And if, for instance, I remove the second page, the form submission rate will definitely shoot up, right?Sorry for the long Q lol

Assign URL to custom form

We created a form in Klaviyo that asks our customers what would they like to see in a product.  It's just a form with about 3-4 text boxes and a submit button.  We created a separate list for the responses but the issue I’m having is how do I link the website to the form?  I would like to have a link on our site to the form. Thoughts?This is not a signup form - more like a survey.-Mike

I have seen the help form and the tutorial on how to change the list of a sign-up form, but I just cant find where to change it. The Klaviyo help center shows BUTTON CLICK ACTION. Sign-up forms in both Shopify and Klaviyo

Hi there, would like some thoughts if this is good practice. We have been collecting sign-ups in Shopify via the footer newsletter, automation is on to send out welcome emails to new subscribers.We also just set up sign-up forms in Klaviyo now, with automation for the same welcome email from Klaviyo. Is it advisable to keep both automations on, assuming the syncing works seamlessly, they both sync to the same Newsletter list in Klaviyo. Can I confirm there will not be double welcome emails being sent out, syncing from Shopify would not trigger another welcome email? I understand we can edit the theme code to include a hidden newsletter value, just that we prefer not to mess with that now and to keep it simple until we decide to use just Klaviyo. Thank you!

Sign Up Forms show a different number of submissions than the linked list

My two sign-up forms show a higher number of submissions than the linked list. The submitted form has a higher number than the “submit to list”. Why is this?

My embedded form loads too slowly

Test videoI used GemPages（an App in Shopify) to design a landing page, which used Klaviyo elements, but I found that sometimes the Klaviyo elements in the landing page could not be displayed, and sometimes it was very laggy. FB Lead Ad unsing sign up form in Klayvio

Hi,  I have created a leads ad in FB and will use my Klayvio sign up form URL to send them to when they click on the Ad button.  How do I get the Sign up form published without displaying in Shopify and do I need to add any code or links in the sign up form or just give the Ad the URL and I am good to go? Embedded Sign Up form is not displaying on mobile phone

Hi, I have created an embedded sign up form which is configured to display on a page within my Shopify store. - https://essentialpraxis.com/pages/skincare-giveawayI have configured the form to show on all devices (desktop and mobile). I have also configured all the blocks within the form to be displayed for all devices.The form can be viewed on desktop, but the form is not displaying on mobile.It is currently configured to show to visitors from Australia only, however it still doesn’t display if I show to all (not just targeting a specific location).I’ve also tried to  remove any protection from the browser, and have tried numerous browsers. This seems to happen to all mobiles.any ideas?
